Mounted on the parking spaces they measure the occupancy status of parking spots.

Through the wireless sensor network between the sensor (s) and the gateway installed in the parking lot, the occupancy times are recorded and forwarded to the parking management system database, such as on the app, dashboard or LED board.

Advantages for Owners

The owner of the parking spaces is notified immediately if a vehicle exceeds the maximum parking time. Thus, it is possible for the staff of the parking surveillance to locate false parking on the mobile phone. As a result, the staff of parking monitoring are offered a more efficient staff performance and, at the same time, higher turnover is achieved.

Advantages for drivers

Our sensors work together with our PARKLAB App and store the data obtained from the sensors in it. This makes it possible to determine which of the parking spaces equipped with sensors are vacant and occupied. Drivers can therefore easily find themselves in the PARKLAB App choose a free parking space and then navigate to it.

The parking sensors are easy to install. They can be glued screwed on the floor. They are equipped with magnetic field sensors and thus have an extremely high rate of detection.

After the sensors have transmitted the occupancy status of the parking space via gateway to our servers, the data is then visualized via the dashboard, app, or LED board.

In the dashboard, the parking spaces are listed according to their current state, with the colour red: occupied, green: free and orange: Exceeding the parking deadline.
It is also possible to read the traffic analysis of the respective day and save the data for later analysis purposes.
